Thank you Charlie and your crew for all you've done for us. Whenever there was a problem or situation I didn't think could be solved, there you were. You always had the answers With the building of our two accessible homes you always went above and beyond the call of duty. You’ve done good!

Our home has everything I ever dreamed of. We wouldn't want to change a thing. It's not too big or too small. It's our Universal Design home! It's one level with a heated floor. The most comfortable warmth I’ve ever experienced. With the light coming in the windows from all directions and the layout of the house a person doesn't get that closed in feeling at all. The rooms seem to flow throughout. The 26 x 26 attached garage is just a bonus. It is also heated and insulated just like the house. We keep the temp slightly cooler but still comfortable. Enough room for both of us and our hobbies. Having the vehicles warm when you leave for the day is wonderful. There is plenty of storage all through the house with four regular closets and a walk in closet. All the room a person needs without any wasted unused square footage. Charlie convinced us to include a lot of features that we wouldn’t have thought of but he was right. Together we created what I call "A Complete Package". You're welcome for a walk through tour of our home. Please make arrangements with the builder Charlie Braun of Equal Access Homes...

Thank You

There’s seldom a day that goes by that I don’t thank my builder Equal Access Homes Inc. for suggesting the features we included in our home. A couple of the best suggestions were the entry door from the mud room to the garage and the front entry door with no steps. At the time we built our home I was on my second back surgery. Since then, I have had seven more due to an unexpected illness. I believe the ideas Charlie Braun came up with have already paid for themselves but will benefit my family long into the future and allow me to grow old in my own home. Thank You Charlie!

Declining health put my wife into a wheelchair and caused us to think about accessibility in our home. A friend, who had an accessible home built, referred us to her contractor…Charles Braun of Equal Access Homes. We contacted him, were impressed with his knowledge of handicap needs, and contracted for wider doors, a ramp in the garage and a roll-in shower. Braun was very accommodating, made suggestions to solve our needs, implemented the construction and we are extremely pleased with the outcome.

When stairs became too difficult for me we had Charlie build us an accessible home. We appreciated his knowledge of the things we might need in our home. We have enjoyed our 16 years in our home.

Thanks Charlie

My parents have had one home built in the 62 years they have been married. They chose Charlie Braun as their builder and could not be happier with the outcome. Charlie designed a wheelchair-accessible home that met their specifications. They speak highly of Charlie, and I believe if it wasn’t for him building their home, they would probably be living in an assistive care facility. Charlie cares about the quality of his work and the clients for whom he builds homes.

We built our home in 1999 and chose Equal Access Homes through a recommendation from friends who had used them to build their home. From initial lot selection to finishing details Charlie Braun thoroughly understands accessible design. He has the unique capability to build an accessible home that doesn't look institutional, We found other builders idea of accessibility is "sure we can build a ramp". As a disabled veteran I wanted to be sure that the design of my home would meet or exceeded VA design guidelines. Charlie fully understood those guidelines and already had a good working relationship with the VA. We have now been in our home for 10 years and where there are always minor things you may have done differently, one thing we wouldn't change was our builder. If we were to build another home we couldn't imagine using anyone but Equal Access.
